CMP Limited is an award-winning property development company. We were very proud to achieve LABC Sustainable Design Winner/Finalist in 2009. As a result of the exceptional standards of workmanship, in 2011 we were awarded the LABC New Homes Warranty Award for Excellence and Developer of the Year. In 2012 we went on to win The Sunday Times national BHA (British Home Awards) Build Quality Awards.

The awards recognised and rewarded the hard work of the entire team at CMP who stood out nationally from the crowd in delivering high quality construction and design, putting us amongst the top national developers.
